EU Hub Certificates & Endpoints Renewal
Upcoming certificate updates are scheduled for the IQE and PRD environments in the EU Hub
Key dates:
- IQE: 11 November
- PRD: 23 November
The EU Hub Public Certificate and EU Hub Endpoints will be updated by Melior within the application at a later date. Customers do not need to make these changes themselves.
We are planning updates for TTM500 and TTM520 in January. We will publish the confirmed release dates closer to the time.
What TTM customers need to do
To avoid connectivity issues:
- Do not update your EU Hub Connection Certificate until the EU Hub Endpoints have been updated in your application.
- Once your application has been upgraded, update your EU Hub Connection Certificate and session token within 48 hours to remain connected to the EU Hub.
- Do not request a new OBP Connection Certificate before the corresponding endpoint update has been completed.
The existing certificate/session token will continue to work with the existing endpoints until the update takes place.
