Jack is a member of the leadership team who oversees support and customer communication. Here’s what he has to say about his time at Melior so far:

“The only way to deliver solutions that are fit for purpose, stable, and reliable is being at forefront of technology and evolution. That much hasn’t changed in the last 10 years, this is something we have always promoted since I joined.

“I started at Melior Solutions at an exciting time. We had just begun a partnership with EMVO, working alongside them to provide a Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) solution for pharmaceutical companies in Europe. Then, FMD really started to take off! As the UK and the rest of Europe began onboarding, I worked closely day-to-day with our own customers acting as manufacturers and distributors using our tailored software. It’s an exciting wave that I’ve seen repeating recently as even more countries join the FMD framework.

“Most recently and perhaps the thing that brings me the most pride, has been watching Melior Solutions secure its future. We have successfully transitioned away from a single person steering the business and deciding our direction. When I joined, we were a very close-knit team of four. We’ve grown significantly since then, and it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our employees that we have secured a permanent future as an Employee-Owned (EO) business. Nothing reflects this more than when we were shortlisted and commended for the UK EO Awards as EO Rising Star of the Year 2025.

“It took more than 16 months of long hours, belief, and tireless effort to achieve this transition, but it has strengthened the foundation of Melior Solutions. We have always promoted an environment where people can learn, be honest, and safely admit when they make a mistake. On a personal note, I have grown more as a leader and manager in the last three years than ever before, which has allowed me to empower those working with me to take advantage of the same opportunities I was given back in 2016, such as working even closer with EMVO on new projects that support FMD across Europe.

“I am incredibly excited for what the future holds as we continue to grow. It has been an amazing 10 years, and I can’t wait to see what the next 10 bring!”
