Melior takes great pride in our commitment towards quality. This year saw Melior undertake its third-year recertification Audit for the ISO 9001 Standard. I am pleased to announce that Melior has successfully passed its recertification audit with zero OFIs (Opportunity for Improvements) and zero Non-Conformances. Our next recertification audit will take place in 2028. As part of the recertification audit, we are confirming that our Management System conforms with all the requirements of the standard, we have effectively implemented ISO 9001 and confirm that our Management System is capable of achieving the organisation’s policies and objectives.

At Melior, it is the Quality Manager’s responsibility to manage and oversee the Quality Management System, however, all our Employee Owners are involved and embedded in the QMS, having a role to play. Prior to the audit taking place, preparation is completed and roles and responsibilities assigned to Employee Owners to cover parts of the QMS Management System for the audit. When being audited, the auditors value seeing everyone involved and always comment how good it is to see everyone was available and contributed to the audit.
