Celebrating Employee Ownership
Our first ever EO Day was all about embracing the power of a smile – spreading positivity, fostering connections, and celebrating employee ownership.
The power of a smile goes beyond mere expression – it fosters goodwill, encourages collaboration, and can uplift spirits even in challenging moments. This year’s EO Day is all about harnessing that positivity.

- Steven – Doing things with his brother
- Conner – Having a good day with his son

- Dave – His daughter & cuddles with her.
Charity Support Launch
The EOT has used EO Day to launch its support for charity, focusing on two principal organizations: the Acts Trust, which includes the Lincoln Food Bank, and the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.
Leadership & Management Training – “Where did all the time go?”
The team were so involved that we forgot to take photos.
The most notable highlight was when the entire team (all men) sang “I feel pretty” from Westside Story 1961 (https://youtu.be/RgHtBxOs4qw)
