Welcome to our newsletter. We aim to provide a short update on various aspects around the products, activities, and general happenings at Melior.
Introduction
This quarter marks the one-year anniversary of Melior Solutions as a fully Employee-Owned Trust. We are immensely proud of this accomplishment and would like to extend our thanks to you for your partnership and support with us as our business continues to grow.
We have seen many successes this year with the launch of some new projects, the expansion of the team and our recent ISO-9001 re-certification. These are all driven by our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to you as part of our Quality and Business Objectives.

ISO 9001
We are thrilled to announce that Melior Solutions has successfully completed and retained our ISO 9001 certification. This milestone reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our business.
Employee Ownership Trust
As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), each Employee Owner is committed to the business and the company objectives we have set out. This is perhaps clearest by the results of our recent ISO 9001 audit. Each member of the wider Melior team if they are from the Development Team, Support Team or Finance Team actively contributed to continue the Melior ethos.
Melior is also proud to have celebrated their first year being Employee Owned in June, with employee owners celebrating the first year with a nice meal out.
Welcome to Conner
In additional we would like to welcome Conner to the team. Conner will be working in Development with Dave, Geoff and Matthew and taking an active role in projects for Melior going forward.

I have been amazed by how welcoming the team have been, and I am looking forward to building stronger relationships.
I come from a background outside of Pharmaceuticals, but what I do bring to Melior is strong technical knowledge and strong leadership abilities. I believe that quality comes first, which is strongly aligned with Melior’s core principals. I have a lot to learn, but I am ready for this challenge.
I will ensure that Melior continues to deliver excellence and look forward to speaking to many of you in the future.”
Tying the Knot
We are also pleased to announce our very own Jack, Customer Service Manager at Melior Solutions, has recently tied the knot! Jack has been an integral part of the Melior Solutions team, known for his dedication, positive attitude, and unwavering commitment to our customers. His wedding marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in his life, and we couldn’t be happier for him.
We are also delighted to share the wonderful news that Paul, the former owner of Melior Solutions, has also recently gotten married! As the founder and former leader of Melior Solutions, His vision, leadership, and dedication have left a legacy, and we are thrilled to see him embark on this new and exciting chapter in his personal life.
Track, Sync, Match (TSM)
We all know Track Trace and Match, What about Track Sync Match?
Track Sync Match or TSM is an exciting new project aimed at our customers for TTM 500 series. By referencing a Purchase Order number in your Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. We can sync data between both.
Once this is replicated and with a few clicks. This will save hours of work being completed.
This would then give you the freedom to extract information from reports related to your operations from a single and accessible service.

Training
Have you ever found yourself in the middle of a complex process and have been unable to clearly define a resolution?
As well as increasing productivity and avoiding costly mistakes, Melior Solutions can provide detailed and bespoke training packages for our products/software.
We can approach your needs and requirements as a business and make sure that training meets your specific workflows and highlight any areas that might cause issues.
We offer different options of training such as onsite, over MS Teams and this includes media/videos that you can reuse for training in the future.
Training is provided by our helpful and motivated staff who will guide you with our documentation site and additional videos at docs.meliorsolutions.eu.
Fast Scan
We now offer the latest Memor 11 model, which replaces the discontinued Memor 20 and Memor 10 lines (which we continue to support). The Memor 11 features a 5-inch touchscreen, runs on Android OS, and has been fully assessed with our Fast Scan application proving its compatibility and seamless performance.

We offer demos of Fast Scan on the Memor 11, subject to availability. We will set it up and ship it to you for testing.
