AI is everywhere! We are all using it, we are all talking about it but what are the best and, importantly, the safest ways to utilise it.

This was the next thing we decided we needed to tackle at Melior Solutions.

We started by looking at the AI applications already available for workflows using an employee lead questionnaire and gathering as much information as possible in order to begin a planning process, as part of this process we looked to ensure we comply with the EU AI Act and the EU data sharing regulation.

The working group started to look closer about what would best suit our needs and how to use the most effective AI applications for us as a business.

Once our preferred options had been selected, we started planning and implementing training to ensure everybody understood how to use AI with best practices for better outcomes. A brief pilot was also conducted featuring the selected AI applications.

This took place as an interactive group session and involved us looking closer at context and the subtle changes we can use to help AI give us those results.

By the end of this process every single member of the team at Melior Solutions had been made aware of the impact AI will have on us as a business and also how to best use it in order to save time and importantly understand it’s limitations and the boundaries it is most effective in.
