Melior’s New Website
It is finally here and we are pleased to show you all our new website. The website project has been an employee driven initiative and this started with finding a suitable team to help us realise this new step for us as a business and also as an Employee-Owned Business.
We are very proud of the work done by DBS Digital, who have worked with us to design and implement our website. DBS Digital are themselves an EO business, and they hold many of the same values we do, which made them the obvious choice for us.
Our website project is the first, but not the last, employee-led project, and we look forward to telling you more about how we at Melior Solutions are driving change from the ground up.

Matthew from our Development team, who was part of the new website project, had this to say about the achievement:
“The opportunity to be involved in the development of the new website as part of the employee-owner working group was incredibly empowering. It allowed multiple branches of the business to contribute their input and share perspectives on elements they believed were important. Together, we collaborated to create the best possible version of the final website through the design and review process.
This also gave employee-owners the chance to engage with aspects of the business that we wouldn’t normally be involved in. Gaining this experience helped us understand the level of involvement required to carry out such a task and enabled us to shape the company through the decisions and ideas contributed by all of us.”
