EO Awards Application
Perhaps the most important employee lead project for us is going to be our entry and submission to the EO Awards 2025.
In November every employee-owned company across the UK is invited to join together in a collaborative effort to share and celebrate everything that makes the employee-owned model successful.
At Melior Solutions we have already been busy by forming an employee lead working group to select our entry categories and try to put together our submission.
This started with a reminder of the journey that has brough us to this stage and forming as an Employee-Owned business. Then started the exciting process of drawing together everything we have achieved in the last 12 months in order to show case this.
From designing our new website from the ground up, to diving deep into the world of AI and coming up with our own approved methods and policy which then was capped off with the celebration of our own to recognise EO day 2025 and all come together and smile.

Steven who is part of the application working group outlined this:
“We’re all encouraged to contribute to the direction of the business through working groups from day one, and our EO Awards application has been no different. We’ve had contributions from almost everyone in the business, and used our processes to easily divvy up the work between us. It has been fun learning about the history of the business throughout, too!”
Jake has recently joined the business summarised this:
“Coming from the public sector to an employee-owned business was a very interesting and positive experience. After getting my head around the concept of employee-ownership, I was initially impressed with the openness and communication of the company with its employees. I have since been a part of a few working groups and I feel my contributions and ideas are taken seriously and genuinely considered. I look forward to the future of the business and my role in helping it progress as an employee-owner.”
