As we close out the first half of 2025 and look ahead to the remainder of the year, it’s clear that Q2 has been a period of significant activity and progress for us at Melior Solutions. From strategic engagements with our partners like EMVO, including the valuable insights gained at the EMVO FMD and Quality Assurance Summits, see general chat below, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and quality for our customers. Participating in these events ensures we remain deeply embedded in the evolving landscape of pharmaceutical supply chain security.

FMD and Quality Assurance Summit
“The QA Congress hosted by EMVO, is the first of its kind. The congress explored a range of relevant topics, including QMS best practices, experiences with information security, promoting a Quality-driven culture, and how AI is being integrated into QA.
It was an incredibly informative experience and a valuable opportunity to hear from and share insights with fellow attendees. It was encouraging to see how aligned participants were in certain areas of their QMS. A key takeaway was the need for greater employee engagement within QMS, including the promotion of refresher training — something I’m proud to say Melior already has in place.
Another emerging theme was AI’s role in automating and gathering information for validation, with a notable reliance on Microsoft DevOps. While it’s still early days, I’m keen to see how these capabilities evolve over time.

Welcome Jake
As Melior continues to grow, we welcome Jake to the team. Jake joins the support team with Jack and Brett and will become a regular face with our customers. Bringing his experience and knowledge to benefit our customers.
“Starting at Melior has been a great experience, everyone is so warm yet professional, my induction training has been thorough, and I feel much more confident to get involved in business projects. I am looking forward to my future here, developing my skills much further. I have a keen interest in cybersecurity and in web & graphic design which I spend a lot of my free time doing between driving thousands of miles a month visiting friends. When I get some downtime, I enjoy some PC gaming or working on my car.”
