Welcome to our newsletter. We aim to provide a short update on various aspects around the products, activities, and general happenings at Melior.
New Year and New Opportunities for Melior Solutions
We are pleased to share some very exciting news with everyone for 2024. Whilst
Melior Solutions has worked with the European Medicines Verification
Organisation (EMVO) for many years this year we have taken on an additional
contract to extend our portfolio with them.
General Chat
2024 has brought new opportunities to Melior Solutions and in turn allowed us to expand as a business. We are extremely happy to welcome Matthew and Brett to Melior Solutions.
Matthew has recently joined our Development team in November and has already begun playing a key role in projects related to EMVO managed services. Providing excellent knowledge and applying his skill sets to these areas as well as other sides of the business.
“After joining the company it’s been heart-warming to be with people who are supportive and interested in personal growth and wellbeing. I’ve been made to feel very welcome as a member of the team and I look forward to what the future brings. I know within myself that this is where I want to be to become better as a programmer as I strive to achieve and grow my skills, in turn being able to help, support and grow with our team and customers.
I completed my university degree in nearby Lincoln. The Melior Solutions Office is close by, which is great area to be work from.
During my spare time I like to travel to see friends and family in the Skegness and Norwich area. My hobbies are PC gaming. would like to return to learning and playing the keyboard after feeling inspired by conversations between co-workers David and Geoff.”
Brett has joined our Support team at the beginning of this year, Brett has already taken an active role on the Helpdesk by supporting EMVO managed services and in addition our TTM series products.
“I am excited to be working as a Support Engineer in the Melior team, I am enjoying my role providing support for our services and intend to take full advantage of the opportunities it brings.”
“My main motivation is providing help to those around me in our team and to our customers.
I am a PC and PlayStation gamer in my spare time, something I have in common with a few members of the team. I am enjoying the environment and being able to learn and grow whilst being able to bring my own experience to Melior in areas such as Cyber Security. I am really interested in travelling and would like to travel in the future when possible”.
ERP Integration
Are you spending extra time entering pack and batch information that is replicated across our TTM services and your own ERP?
We understand that this information could be used in reports for ease of reference for later or even made available for your other internal processes.
If there is one thing, we pride ourselves on it how easy and flexible entering pack data is, For 2024 we are looking to add an update into TTM500 to save your hours of work replicating the same data or information. No more inputting data in two places.
We have already begun looking at ways to save you time by integration and then making pack information more accessible in general.

Training
Do you want to increase productivity and ensure our services are being used fully?
We provide details and bespoke training packages for products/software, we understand everybody has their own workflows and we tailor the training to compliment these.
We offer different options of training such as onsite, over MS Teams and this includes media/videos that you can reuse for training in the future.
Training is provided by our helpful and motivated staff who will guide you with our documentation site and additional videos.

TSM
We all know Track, Trace, and Match—but what about Track, Sync, and Match?
Track Sync Match (TSM) is an exciting new project designed for customers using the TTM 500 series. By referencing a Purchase Order number in your Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, we can seamlessly sync data between both platforms.
Once replicated, just a few clicks can save hours of manual work. TSM empowers you to extract key operational insights from reports through a single, easily accessible service.

Fast Scan
We’re pleased to announce that there has been an increase of customers now transitioning to using Fast Scan as a replacement and/or addition to their current Real Time Scanning Operations.
Fast Scan will enable you to reduce reliance on additional devices such as your StarTech devices for scanners used in Real Time Scanning, and instead utilises your Wi-Fi connectivity.
Setup and installation are simple – we do most of the work for you!
In recent news, our supplier has informed us that the Memor 20 and Memor 10 line has been discontinued.
Replacing the Memor 20 and Memor 10 is the new line: Memor 11. This boasts enhanced usability and performance on a 5-inch touch screen and is backward compatible with Memor 10 accessories.
The new Memor 11 has been tested with our Fast Scan application and is fully compatible and works successfully. We already have a Memor 11 out in the field and operational.
Fast Scan is available for demoing on the new Memor 11 device. Please note that this is subject to location and available resources at the time.
